This home was featured in the "Historic Homes" brochure created by the Lowell Public Library in 1996 and was listed as having been built around 1899 by Atty. James William Belshaw.
Original photo comes from the Halsted House Museum and was included in a box of photos and documents (entitled "4th Box") donated by various people.
