She went to Gary with her husband in 1907 when he opened the city's first garage and had resided there ever since. At the time of her death she was making her home with her daughter, Mrs. Julane R. Cole.
Surviving in addition to her daughter are two sons, A.J., publisher of the Lake County Star at Crown Point, and George F. of Carmel, Ind.
Services were held in Glen Park Monday at 2 p.m. and interment was made in Ridgelawn cemetery.
