Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attractive in a gown of white satin and lace worn with a finger tip veil. A single strand of pearls, a gift from the groom, was her only jewelry and she carried a sheaf of white roses centered with an orchid.
The maid of honor, Jean Ammerman, sister of the bride, wore a gown of pink brocaded taffeta and carried red roses and white trumpet blossoms. Mrs. Raymond Craig of Milwaukee, Wis., also sister of the bride, and Miss Marie Luebcke, the bridesmaids, were attired in blue brocaded taffeta and their bouquets were of pink carnations and blue iris.
The mother of the bride and the mother of the groom chose printed frocks for the wedding and wore corsages of yellow rose buds and white carnations.
About 40 relatives and friends attended the reception which followed in Lamsons party room where the cake and a luncheon were served.
For her going away ensemble the bride chose a black and gold dress with black accessories, and her corsage was the orchid from the bridal bouquet.
Following the return today, Thursday, of Sgt. Stringham to his station at Ft. Jackson,
