She leaves to mourn her departure to that better land, her one son, Walker McDonough, of Wirt, Ind., one daughter, Mrs. Silas A. Doty, of Schneider, Ind., 7 grand-children, 8 great-grand-children and a large number of relatives and friends. The funeral services were held at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Silas A. Doty, December 20, 1911. Funeral Director, John Castle, had charge of the burial services. The funeral sermon was preached by Nathan Worley. The music was furnished by Mr. and Mrs. H.F. Sims, Miss Grace Holmes and Edmond Worley; with Mrs. John Love as organist.
After the services at the house, the funeral cortege wended its way to the Lowell cemetery where the remains were lowered to their last resting place.
The following acted as pall bearers: Elmer Doty, Ore Korney, Frank Leach, Wilbur McLean, Harry Holmes and George Holmes.
