The following unidentified newspaper article was found in a scrapbook owned by Betty Burton of Lowell:
Theodore Laugguth, of Chicago, and Miss Lorrie Wilcox, of Water Valley, were married at Irwin Park, Chicago, on Thursday, December 24, 1903. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Wilcox and is well and favorably known in this vicinity. The bridegroom is book-keeper for the American Tin Plate Co. The young couple commenced housekeeping immediately after their marriage. -- News Review, Jan. 2.
