Harold Francis Harrington (1910-1952)

FUNERAL RITES MONDAY FOR HAROLD HARRINGTON

Harold Francis Harrington, son of the late Rilla and Michael Harrington, was born in Lowell on September 20, 1910, and passed away on June 13, 1952, at the age of 41 years, 8 months, and 24 days.

His entire life was spent in Lowell and vicinity.

He leaves to mourn his passing two brothers, Winford Shade of Lowell, with whom he made his home, and Orvel Shade of Crown Point; two sisters, Hazel Arseneau of Walkerton, Ind., and Goldie Barker of Calumet City, Ill.; also nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many friends. One sister, Madeline Gordon, preceded him in death last July 15th.

Harold had been in poor health for the past 22 years and much of his time was spent in hospitals.

Memorial services were held in the Weaver funeral home at 2:00 p.m. Monday, with Rev. E.L. Worley officiating.
