The following article appeared in the February 22, 1934, issue of the Lowell Tribune (page 1, column 2):
Mrs. John Gragg, wife of John Gragg, who formerly lived here with his parents, passed away at her home in Chicago Sunday. A short service was held at the home in Chicago yesterday morning and the remains were brought to Lowell, where services were held at St. Edward Catholic church. Interment in the church cemetery, northeast of Lowell, in charge of Weaver & Son.
