Robert S. Estill is at the naval air station at Pensacola, Fla. He served in the navy from 1945 to 1949. At the end of his four-year term, he joined the inactive reserve and was recalled last March.
Robert was recalled a month after his brother, Pvt. Roy V. Estill, enlisted in the army. Roy took his basic training at Ft. Jackson, S.C., and now is teaching 14 classes a day how to build roads at Ft. Hauchuca, Ariz. He has volunteered for duty in the Far East.
The third and youngest son, Jack D. Estill, is stationed aboard the USS Roanoke which now is in dry-dock in Norfolk, Va. The ship recently completed a six-month cruise in the Mediterranean area. He is in his third year in the navy.
