Pfc. Robert J. Day of Cook, finance of Miss June Cornell, wrote her recently that he had received the Bronze Medal and Silver Wreath Medal. Pfc. Day, with the U.S. 9th army in Germany, is participating in the final mop-up of the Nazis.
