This unidentified newspaper article, hand-dated 1963, was found in a scrapbook owned by Town Historian Richard Schmal:
Work is almost completed on the dismantling of one of the town's landmarks known to the old timers as Ceiga's Hotel and Tavern in years past, and in recent years known as Hepp's Tavern. The property on which the building has stood for approximately 75 years is to be landscaped, according to present plans of Lowell Legion Post 101. The building was purchased by a Crown Point firm from the Lowell Legion.
