Chester Barlament

New Policeman Takes Over Night Duties

The Tribune introduces Chester Barlament, 47, of Bayfield, Wisconsin, who took over the night police post in Lowell last Friday.

A retired city firemen, Mr. Barlament was signed for the position after the Town Board checked a list of splendid references.

Mr. Barlament learned of the vacancy while visiting at the home of his sister, Mrs. D.E. Leeson in Crown Point. Mrs. Barlement will join him here in a few weeks.
